Brett T. Setzer

C.E.O.
bsetzer@brettcon.com Brett has been involved
in the construction industry since 1981 when he worked
part-time while attending college. His twenty-five years
of experience include hands-on training in steel
erection, concrete work, roofing, and siding. After
gaining field experience, Brett began working with
customers to help develop their ideas into working
designs. He is currently active in marketing, project
estimating, and client coordination during all phases of
the construction project. He has been involved in the
construction and completion of over 450 projects to
date.
James S. Setzer

President

Jim has been active
with the company since 1987 and is responsible for the
management of all field employees, project scheduling,
and sub-contractor coordination for all construction
projects. He maintains a close working relationship with
project owners and visits each active project on a daily
basis.
Keith Fryman

Vice President/Estimator
kfryman@brettcon.com Keith
is responsible for project estimating, assisting with
preliminary design/coordinating with the clients during
all phases of the project. Keith has been with Brett
Construction since February of 1999.
Sara Arnold

Secretary-Treasurer and Controller

Sara's primary responsibility is overseeing all aspects
of Accounting (payables, receivables, bank accounts,
payroll, financials, etc). She is also responsible for
filing all payroll taxes as well as federal and state
unemployment, Highway and Heavy Vehicle taxes, etc. She
keeps Brett Construction compliant with all Federal and
State laws. She also supervises the office personnel and
keeps the fleet licensed and up to date. Sara has been
with Brett Construction since January of 1985.
Cheryl Butala

Engineering Manager
cabutala@brettcon.com Cheryl is
responsible for overseeing the development of all
drawings required for permitting and construction of
buildings. She interacts with the sales/estimating
department and customers to develop preliminary design
sketches. She is also responsible for obtaining local
and state permits for construction. Cheryl has over 32
years design experience in wood and steel construction.
She has been with Brett Construction since December of
1986.
Mike Ffiske

VP Command Operator
mffiske@brettcon.com Mike is
involved with estimating and is responsible for the VP
Command system which involves the ordering of metal
buildings. He has been with Brett Construction since
July of 1995.
Gene Sibert

Assistant Director of Field Operations/Master Plumber
gsibert@brettcon.com Gene is responsible for
coordination and scheduling of sub-contractors. Gene is
a licensed Master Plumber and oversees all plumbing
projects for Brett Construction. Gene has been with
Brett Construction since July 1976.
Nick Hadley

Estimator

responsibilities include estimating projects and
assisting with the design and co-ordination of projects
with clients. Nick has
been with Brett Construction since August of 2005.
Brett Horseman

Estimator

Billy Carmical

Estimator

responsibilities include estimating projects and
assisting with the design and co-ordination of projects
with clients. Billy has been with Brett Construction
since September of 2007.
Rebekah Means

Senior CAD Operator
rmeans@brettcon.com Rebekah has
degrees in Architectural and Mechanical Computer Aided
Design Drafting as well as a drafting certificate. She
is in charge of developing, organizing and maintaining
the CAD system. She is responsible for developing all
drawings required for permitting and construction of
buildings, including design, revisions, coordinating,
copying, distribution and historical records. She is
also responsible for required documents for obtaining
permits. Rebekah has been with Brett Construction since
November of 2004.
Megan Miller

CAD Operator
mmiller@brettcon.com Megan has degrees
in Architectural, Mechanical, and Civil Computer Aided
Design Drafting as well as a drafting certificate. She
is responsible for developing drawings required for
permitting and construction of buildings, including
design, revisions, coordinating, copying, distribution
and historical records. She is also accountable for
required documents for obtaining permits. Megan has been
with Brett Construction since May of 2005.
Christi Crow

Accounts Payable Clerk

Christi's primary responsibility is accounts payable &
Purchase Orders. Brett Construction utilizes a purchase
order system. Christi is responsible for entering all
data for purchase orders. She is also responsible for
entering all accounts payable invoices and preparing
them for payment. Christi has been with Brett
Construction since January of 2003.
Jeff Hudgins

Safety Coordinator jhudgins@brettcon.com Jeff is responsible for safety orientation, safety training, job site inspections and reporting. He maintains awareness of updates to the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations, and makes recommendations for their implementation. He performs job site safety complience inspections and is responsible for monitoring adherence to the BCC safety program by all BCC employees and subcontractors. Jeff has been with Brett Construction
since 2009.
W.T. Setzer
Advisor

years experience, "W.T." Setzer began his career in the
construction industry when his father founded the
business in 1954. He joined the company as a full-time
construction manager after completing college in 1961.
During the years that followed, he gained experience in
nearly every aspect of the construction and
pre-engineered building business including design,
estimating, and project management. To date, W.T. has
played a primary role in the design and construction of
over 1,100 projects. W.T. is still currently active in
all construction projects, interacting with members of
the engineering and marketing staffs.
Butch Vernon

Butch serves as our staff photographer and also
maintains our websites. Additionally, he serves in the
role of Marketing Director with hands on involvement in
public relations, contests and other advertising related
efforts. Butch has been with BCC for five years.

Keith Bowles

Keith started coming to work with his dad
here at BCC on occasional Saturdays in 1969 when he was
six years old. While in the office one day he told WT
Setzer that when he got out of school he was going to
work for BCC. Right after his graduation in 1981 he came
to work here. He has been exposed to all aspects of
construction from the ground up. His duties include
overseeing subcontractors and projects, along with
working beside his crew. Jerry Crow

Foreman

Jerry has worked in the construction business for 25
years. Jerry is a steel foreman that works hands on with
his crew. Jerry's specialties include steel erection,
sheeting, roofing and trim. Jerry started as a laborer
and worked his way to a foreman position. Jerry has been
with Brett Construction since January of 1990.
David Fannin

since 1996. David's duties as a working foreman are to
run crews on some jobs and to be Job Superintendant and
overseer on others. He is responsible for scheduling and
maintaining a good working relationship with all

has worked for BCC since May of 2002.
Robbie Fannin

Robbie has worked in the construction business
for 21 years. He has been involved in every aspect of
the construction from the ground up. His duties include
scheduling and overseeing subcontractors and projects
while working hands on with his crew. His specialty is

Billy Planck

Billy has been in the construction field for more than
15 years. He has experience in construction from the
ground up. As a superintendant, he is responsible for
scheduling and maintaining a good working relationship
with all Subcontractors that are on our job sites. Billy
is also a working foreman which means that he works side
by side with his crew. He is OSHA trained and First
Aid/CPR certified. He has been with BCC since 2002.
Terry Rothwell

20 years. His specialty is concrete and foundations. As
a superintendant, he is responsible for scheduling and
maintaining a good working relationship with all
Subcontractors that are on our job sites. He also works
alongside his crew. Terry is OSHA trained and First
Aid/CPR certified. Terry has been with Brett
Construction since 1989.

Jonathan Wessling

Jonathan is in charge of coordinating and
running all of the day to day plumbing at Brett
Construction. He also has experience in steel erection.
He is OSHA trained and also has his CPR certification.
Jonathan has been with Brett Construction since May of

Ralph Williams

Steel
Foreman.

Ralph has been in the construction business
for 30 years. Ralph started as a laborer and worked his
way to a steel foreman position. He has experience in
demolition, renovation, additions, reroofs and new
building construction, whether it is conventional or
pre-engineered. Ralph has been with BCC since September
of 1977.
Joey Willoughby

Shop Foreman/Pick-up and Delivery

Joey's duties include keeping up with on-hand stock and
tools, also keeping all equipment maintained. Joey has
also worked in the field so he has hands-on experience
in most aspects of the construction field. He is also a
licensed CDL Driver, so he picks up and delivers
equipment to job sites as needed as well as delivering
materials to all job sites. Joey is OSHA trained and
First Aid/CPR certified. He has been with BCC since
2000.
